Dear all, I am unable to install my second license for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus (bought in August 2022) on my new laptop Could anyone help me? Maybe it is because it is no longer possible to download this exact version? So the new laptop doesn´t recognize "me"/ my account? Thanks a lot in advance for any useful instruction!

You download the installer for Trados from the RWS account - Downloads area. Did you download and install it? Your account shows that you have a free activation available from the two.
Can you be more specific as to what is happening, why do you say the laptop does not "recognize the account" ?
If you have an error message, please provide it as well.
Also, are you using Windows on the new laptop and do you have Administrator rights?
