Dear Support Team,
I was in contact with one of your colleagues via the chat who sent me the link to reset my Licence because it has been a while since I last used it. but when I opened the article and went to my Trados window, there was no link to reset it and I didn't use any reset time in the last 12 months as stated in the article. Can you please help me reset it or reset for me, it is very urgent as I might loose a client because of not being able to use Trados now.
