I purchased two licences to Trados 2024 18.0.2.3255& Multiterm 2024 on March 13 2025 (I can supply a copy of the order confirmation or invoice if necessary). I paid for both licences by credit card, which was posted to my bank account on 14 March 2025. I downloaded the apps successfully to both computers and have been using them in trial mode due to a heavy workload.
Today I tried to activate them on my desktop but found that, although the startup page shows there were still 6 days left of the trial period, there was no activation code for Trados Studio & Multiterm 2024 in the licence section when I logged in to my RWS account, the only available licences shown was a Trados 2021 licence.
Next I tried the Account Portal, which said I had to enter a code emailed to my email account - despite waiting, I have not received any email containing a code.
So how can I obtain the activation codes?
