Hi,
When I open Trados Studio 2021 R2, a message informs me that I need to activate my license. After inserting the activation code, I receive a 403 error from remote server telling m to check the activation server adress in the provider settings.
On my account, I see that the license is already in use, probably on the broken laptop. I tried to deactivate the license offline but the operation failed.
Can you help me or suggest me a solution?
