Trados Studio 2022 Freelance - Impossible to activate with activation code

Hello,

I bought and installed Trados Studio 2022 Freelance a few months ago and it has been deactivated. I am asked to activate it with an activation code. I follow the procedure, but the activation code is rejected (error message: Invalid Product Key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version)

The full version number of the product I bought is TradosStudio2022 - 17.0.3.11695 but when I look at the version displayed in My Account, it says Trados Studio 2024 Freelance.

Can you help?

    I have checked your RWS account and it seems you own a Trados Studio Freelance 2024 version. For the installer, please log in to your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Downloads tab and for the activation please copy paste the activation code located under License tab.
