Please deactivate my Trados license.

Question

I want to deactivate my license.

 I hope you're doing well. 
 My Trados verson: Trados Studio 2022 Freelance 
 I recently purchased a new better spec computer. In order to reinstall Trados on this computer, I would like to apply for license deactivation first. Please deactivate my Trados license. 
 But I have a question. 1. as you can see in the screenshot I attached, I originally purchased Trados 2021 and later upgraded to the 2022 version. Do I need to reinstall the 2021 version as well when I download Trados on a new computer? 
 2. is it okay to download Trados in advance from the download page of my account even before I receive the confirmation of license deactivation?

 1. It`s not mandatory to install Studio 2021 on the new PC but you can do it if you still need to use it. 
 2. Yes, you can download and install Studio 2022 on the new computer before deactivating the license. If you can`t deactivate the license from Studio 2022 > Help Product Activation try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
