Extra activation fail in Trados Studio 2011

Hello!

I have Trados Studio 2011 working well on my old computed and want to use my extra activation in my second computer. After installing successfully Trados Studio 2011, I cannot use the online activation feature (SocketError2 -77) not the offline activation feature (try again later). Given my license is still valid, I paid for a second (extra) licence and the operating system is the same in both computers (no compatibility issues here), may I please have a moderator to rise a ticket for my case?

Such a shame. They are preventing you from using a product you rightfully bought and own. I can still install and use my version of Windows 95. I understand that they don't provide updates and patches…

I understand that they don't provide updates and patches etc. anymore, but I should be able to use it.
