Hello,

I changed PC and I need to connect to SDL Tradios 2019 again.

I see the message when I try to activate the license:

"Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. -The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

When I try to activate offline. I copy and paste the Deactivation authorization into the Deactivation certificate and I receive the following message:

An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.

Can you please check it for me?
