The licence have 2 user´s. Can you help me, please?

Please try to reset from your RWS account https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx by clicking on Reset License. You activated on two devices. If you do not know which is which, I would recommend that you deactivate both activations. For details see also gateway.rws.com/csm
