Hello,
When trying to open Trados (I have a Freelance plus version) I receive the above mentioned error message. As I bought Studio 2024 some time ago (I already installed one of the two licences on my other computer) I now wanted to try to upgrade to Studio 2024 hoping this might solves the problem. But as I cannot start Trados, I cannot deactivate my old licence. Can you help me out?
