I purchased a Trados Studio 2017 license that I haven’t been able to use in years; I’m a professional translator and I really need it.

It’s so important to make this process easier — I “lost” my license because I had issues with my laptop, and when I bought a new device, I couldn’t activate it again. PLEASE HELP!
