Hello. I deactivated it on my old computer. But still, it won't activate on my new computer. I would like you to force deactivate it for me. So that I can reactivate it on my new computer and use it. I would appreciate it if you could give me detailed instructions.

Also, you had a support case opened last week and our colleague wrote what steps to follow and that if you have any questions, you should reply to that email within 24 hours from receiving it - otherwise the case is, of course, closed.

Please follow the steps indicated in the videos from the above link and activate the license. You can opt to activate the license offline.
