Dear Community,
after following a version, an update on trados it kept crashing each time I tried to search for a file to upload.
Now I am trying to remove the app and make a fresh download, but when uninstalling get this message:
Setup did not complete. The error is:
Setup has detected a different version ofthis product already installed, If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you
must use that version’s installer.
Do you know what is needed to do to uninstall without issues?
