Hi,
I have a new Laptop. I tried to Deactivate the Licence on the old one, but it failed. So I Reset the Licence online, waited 30 minutes as instructed, and tried to activate it on the new Laptop, but failed again, even though the Licence is shown as Available. What am I doing wrong?
