Problem with Cloud Log-in

I was using the Trados 2022 version and I was informed that there was an update and downloaded the update.

However, the cloud login screen does not close in the new version, (log in page didnt even come up  as you can see below) and login is not possible.

All previously used plug-in files are unavailable due to the login failure problem.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me a quick answer.
