Does RWS university login (for e-learning courses) require a different account than the RWS license account?I recently purchased a Freelance version of Trados Studio 2024 which came with an eLearning for Trados Studio Level 1 course. However, I haven't been able to complete the course and it has been a month or so. Although I am able to use my credentials (which I recently changed) to log into the RWS main account, the same credentials throw a 'login failure' error when I try to log into the RWS university (https://university.rws.com/users/sign_in). Could someone let me please know how to solve this?
