Issue with licence: message "No licences are currently available for the specified activation code". Tried reset 3 times, never appeared as "available".

I have an issue with my Trados 2022 Freelance license. After turning on my computer today, a message in Trados asks me to activate my license, for a unknown reason. I try. It fails. I reset. It fails. And this 3 times. So now, I cannot do it anymore. The error message that pushed me to do this was the following: "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". Note that the after resetting, the license never appeared as "available". Could you please help?
