Trados 2021 SR2 - 16.2..12.9338
I have been having problems with Trados 2021 and suspected a bug, one reason being that Trados works fine on my second computer. I deactivated the license and attempted - again and again and again - to uninstall Trados 2021, with the intention of reinstalling it.
I keep getting this message:
Setup did not complete. The error is
Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still with to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer.
I have restarted the computer multiple times, no change.
Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
