Trying to activate a license and being denied access

I did point out earlier that my Extra Activation did not work on my new computer, despite it being "Available", and not "In Use".

The thread for this was closed with the claim that I had been provided with Guidance. However, I never received any notification or any guidance, either in the community forums or via direct message.

Apparently, guidance was provided under my case number, but I have no idea how to access this, as the link to the case number will only open a portal that will not allow me to log on.

I have since tried to do the offline activation, as per the minute piece of information listed in my previous thread, but I never received a certificate.

As I had not received a certificate, I went to "Reset license", where I saw both the license I am currently using on my old computer as well as another license number with today's date. I tried to use this other license number to do the offline activation process, but it did not work.

Accordingly, I reset this second license, to get my Extra Activation back to "Available". However, my Extra Activation now shows as "In Use", despite there no longer being second license listed anywhere. Needless to say, the Studio Software on my second computer is still not working.

I would very much like to reset the license once more and restart the Offline Activation, as I have now been sent further information on how to do this, but first, I need somebody else to reset this license for me, as it has vanished from my Account.
