Hello,
I have to reset my only "SDL Passolo 2018 Professional Edition" license.
The product is already activated on a computer that doesn't exist anymore (we changed the domain of the computer).
This means I don't have access to the old computer to deactivate my license. Hopefully the "Reset license" button exist.
However, when I click this button on my RWS accounnt, it redirects me to this url : gateway.rws.com/csm instead of letting me reset the license.
See the link at the bottom left of the printscreen below :
I should see a page that let me reset my license instead of this one (that what I was told my email before needing to open this support ticket).
Can you please help me on that one ?
