Have you tried to reset the license from your RWS Account?
You Login - go to Licenses tab and click on Reset license button. Wait for about 30 minutes and then you can try to activate Trados again, either online or offline, like in the videos below:

Cloning the hard drive does not mean Trados is still active - it was active on the old one and since it was not deactivated there, it is still registered as active in the licesing system.
