I'm moving to a new computer. I have deactivated my studio 2019 licence on the old one and as the online activation on a new computer didn't work (couldn't connect to the activation server error), I wanted to use the offline activation but the Licenses page froze when I tried to generate the activation certificate. When I refreshed it, it shows the license as in use, even though I didn't get the activation certificate, so couldn't activate the Studio. Could you please help?
Hi Paulina,
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account - Licenses tab - Reset license button.
Wait for about 30 minutes after the reset and then try to activate the license offline again. If you still encounter issues, please reply here with details about the issue.

Thank you. I have tried this solution it but I'm afraid the Reset buttons doesn't work. No confirmation of reset and the license doesn't get reset (still shows as in use). I have relogged into RWS account now and got the message "Our services aren't available right now" so maybe there's some problem with the page today and I should retry tomorrow?

The license appears as Available right now, I have just checked your account. Can you please try to activate it and let me know if it works?
