Activation problem during my subscription use

I have an sdl trados studio 2024 subscription (msdoganoz01@gmail.com) until December 23, 2025. (account ID: 744267). I have been using this for a while. However, today I have encountered an activation problem. Even though I have logged into my SDL account through subscriptions sections, the app does not proceed and closes. I have tried the solutions listed on the website; however, no solution, yet. My colleague (sukrucanyasar@gmail.com) registered under my account has the same problem which occurred just today.
