Cannot reactivated none of two activations from my SDL Trados Studio 2019. Attempts to gothrough RWS suggested procedures keep me stuck in some points.

Attempts to go through RWS suggested procedures keep me stuck in some points.  Laptop (closed) and switched off was on table and empty glass with a tea bag next to it. I poured hot water into glass and watched sheepishly how the glass broke and avalanche wave of hot water went underneath laptop. Motherboard had to be replaced and there was no chance to deactivate the license. Despite my various attempts using RWS procedures suggested by RWS kept me stuck in few places. I received offline deactivation ticket and pasted it, then I tried several times and even asked someone (not from licensing team) to help me. I did not even know if I should go ofline or online deactivating procedure. The only help that came from RWS was offline deactivation ticket.

When applying: Can't deactivate online? - Deactivate offline and I paste deactivation ticket, cannot find Product Acivation dialog and even that it appears, cannot select Deactivate offline link.

In the offline deactivation certificate procedure , I see deactivation authorization (pasted from email sent by RWS), unique Activation ID and deactivation certificate (empty). When pressed Confirm offline deactivation it returns the  error. I would like very much to go through procedure instead of bothering you but so far I did not succeed, therefore I am in a position to ask kindly for support.
