Unable to Deactivate Trados 2017 Offline – Error Message Received

Dear Trados Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I attempted to deactivate my Trados 2017 license offline by following the instructions on the following page:

However, during Step 5, I encountered the following error message:

"Offline deactivation failed. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Please compare the deactivation authorization with the permissions in your SDL account."

Could you please advise on how I should proceed to successfully deactivate my license?
If any additional information or files are required, I would be happy to provide them.
