I previously raised a question here about the "Unable to update the data value: Root element is missing" error occurring after installing Trados Studio 2024 on my new PC (OS is Windows 11).
My issue was that I couldn't open the Termbase inside Trados. I could open the Termbase in Multiterm OK.
I was told to follow the instructions here (https://sdl.my.site.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000022426) and do manual installation.
I followed the instructions and then I opened a project, and the problem seemed to have been solved.
However, I tried to open another project today, the same issue is recurring.
I can open the same project with the termbase opened on Trados Studio of another older version fine.
Please help me solve this so that I could start using Studio 2024.
