Urgent help needed: Can't activate Trados Studio 2022 subscription license

Dear Community,

I just bought a 12 month subscription for Trados Studio Freelance 2022.

The product activation doesn't work. The same thing happened exactly a year ago, and Dorin from Trados support helped me out. However, it was a tedious process.

Now I'm on an urgent deadline and quite desperate to get this solved.

I'm super grateful for any help offered ASAP.

    I didn't see an option to renew the subscription, that's why I figured I needed to buy a new 12 months subscription.

    I've made a number of unsuccessful attempts to log a support case from my RWS account, but it doesn't work. My account name doesn't get accepted in the "mandatory" field. This is so frustrating as I'm on a deadline and loosing valuable time.

    Hopefully Dorin will be at his desk first thing in the morning and can help solve these issues and at least give me a trial license in order for me to work while he figures out a solution.
