Urgent help needed: Can't activate Trados Studio 2022 subscription license

Dear Community, 
 
 I just bought a 12 month subscription for Trados Studio Freelance 2022. 
 The product activation doesn't work. The same thing happened exactly a year ago, and Dorin from Trados support helped me out. However, it was a tedious process. 
 Now I'm on an urgent deadline and quite desperate to get this solved. 
 I'm super grateful for any help offered ASAP.

Hi Hege, 
 Since you had a subscription previously, you should have renewed the subscription, not purchase a new one. Purchasing a new one blocked your subscription and only the technical team can unblock it. 
 You also have an active Support and Maintenance contract, please raise a ticket directly from your RWS account - Support tab and the team can help you faster, as the customers with such contract have priority.
