We are getting this error while upgrading the licence to 2024:
OOS system has failed to Upgrade the Licenses due to Invalid Expiry Date.We have informed the same to Adminstrators and Order processing team to correct the licence Expiry Date.

This is a sales issue and not a technical issue. As usual with sales issues, please contact your RWS business development manager. If you are not in contact with someone, I can get one of my colleagues from the sales department to contact you.
