I have received the message that the case has been closed, but no resolution has been provided.

Hi Michaela, case number  CS0010702 is still opened. There was a glitch when I opened it and the system generated a duplicate, which is the case that was closed.  CS0010702 is still opened and the colleagues will get in touch.
