I cannot activate my Trados 2024 Pro, I have tried online and offline, It displays as activated and in use on web but my system says it is not activated. After many retries I have reached the 3 resets limit. When I try to log a support case I get into a loop and simply cannot do it, no matter if I try with my laptop, smartphone and several broswers...
Could someone help me fix this. I have to work while traveling and I am going to miss deadlines...
