Try to deactivate Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus both online and offline but failed.

Online: After click on '禁用' button it shows  '请求被中止：未能创建SSL/TLS安全通道' (failed to create SSL/TLS safe channel), but upon click on 'Close' it shows '许可证已禁用，因此SDL Trados Studio现在将退出。要再次启动SDL Trados Studio，必须激活产品。'(licence banned already, therefore SDL Trados Studio will close. To start again you must activate the product). But When I open it again, it activates automatically.

Offline: After filling in the Authorization and click on '生成证书' (generate certificate), it shows '脱机禁用失败。指定的禁用授权可能无效。请根据您的SDL帐户中的授权验证您的禁用授权' (offline deactivation failed, the designated deactivation authorization may not be effective. Please verify you deactivation authorization based on the authorization in your SDL account). I tried many times to get the Authorization and it seems the codes offered every time are the same.

Strange thing is that I got the offline deactivation successful on my 'additional' computer (since this is a Plus version) but the same practice failed on the first computer I installed Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus.

What can I do to have it deactivated？ Please help.
