Hello,
after having installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 on a new computer, I was not able to activate it. It was not possible to deactivate the license on the old computer (neither online nor offline) nor was it possible to activate it on the new one, even after I had reset the license. Apparently the activation servers have been decommissioned so that there isn't any possibility to use the program on a new system. I always get an error message.
Please tell me what I can do to use the program on my new computer.
