After downloading the Trados 2024 Installer and completed the installation process, I have to activate the product but cannot find my license number (the Trados 2024 license was bought quite a while ago).
In fact, the license number displayed refers to my current Trados 2022 version and is of course not valid for the upgrade.
Could you please assist?

In order to have the 2024 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2022 to 2024 as described in this article: gateway.rws.com/csm
To be able to process the upgrade you need to deactivate the 2022 licenser from Studio 2022> Help > Product Activation or to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
