Hello,
I have a Trados license for one user with one extra activation.
The account shows 1 user and one extra activation in use and I'm not able to deactivate any of those to use Trados in other computer.
I have reset the license and cannot reset anymore.
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

Thank you very much for your reply.
I struggled to find the folder and file you indicated but finally it was found and the name was
changed. Unfortunately I must have used before the license because the activation failed and
now a message appears saying no licenses are currently available.
Can you please reset the license again and I will rename the file again?
