I need help about Licence of Trados

Hello,

I have a Trados license for one user with one extra activation.

The account shows 1 user and one extra activation in use and I'm not able to deactivate any of those to use Trados in other computer.

I have reset the license and cannot reset anymore.

Any suggestion to solve this issue?
