What issue are you experiencing? Uninstalling Studio might not resolve it. 

However, if you want to uninstall it you can go ahead and do it without  doing anything else.

Thank you for your answer.

I've been experiencing several issues with my Trados: sometimes I cannot save target files. Sometimes I close the software in the middle of a job and when I try to reopen it later it cannot find the files I was working on, and so on. The last issue was a message saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.", that I couldn't fix.

Indeed, re-installing Trados didn't solve the issue, but then suddenly it worked again and is still working.
