Trados 2022 Sign in problem

After I upgrade trados on Monday. My account can't sign in for two days.

It stucks at this step.

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'No internet connection' in Chinese, with a retry button below.

And without internet.

I just renew language Weaver on May 1st.

It happened in last year. Does it caused by your server? I'm in China.
