I have upgraded from trados studio freelance to 2022 to 2024. I can't find the activation code for the 2024 version in my account. I want to install 2024 on my new computer. How do I get the activation code? Do I have to deactivate the activation code for 2022 first?

In order to have the 2024 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2022 to 2024 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
For Freelance licenses like yours it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2022 before processing the upgrade.
