Reset Trados Studio Licenses

Hello,

I need to reset two of my Trados Studio licenses, but I can't do it with my account.

I have incorrectly tried to activate them offline and I got an error in both cases. Now they look as if they were being used, but they actually aren’t and I also cannot deactivate/reset them with the offline workflow, as they don’t appear as activated in the Trados Studio client in the first place.

Can you help resetting them?
