I have istalled SDL Trados 2022 but the software will not open. I have repaired and other troubleshooting.

Our server (Windows 2022) supplier suggested the following:

“To gain further insight, we enabled Fusion Logging and analyzed the application load process. The logs indicate that a required DLL file (SDLTradosStudio.resources.dll) is missing, which appears to be causing the application to crash during startup.

 As this issue is specific to the SDL Trados Studio application and involves a missing component, we recommend reaching out to the application vendor (RWS) for further assistance. They will be best positioned to provide the necessary files or guide you through the steps to resolve the error.”

Any suggestions to solve my installation issue?
