Application won't open so I can't deactivate my license to desinstall

Question

Hi, 
 I had an error message when trying to open Studio 2022 SR2. 
 Impossible de d&eacute;marrer le service "sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommanBars.IActionService". 
 I tried to repair the application via Add/Delete programs but now, Studio won't start at all so I can't deactivate the license to try and desinstall it. 
 What can I do?
