Hi I tried to activate my license for Trados Studio 2024 but it initially gave me a "Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150" and then now this:
The connection setting was fine when checked :(
And after the strange pop up messages, it says my license is in use and my license is expired in Trados.
Please help me with this, thank you!
Hi Hee Chan Moon,
Please try to reset the license first, from your RWS Account - click on the Reset license button and wait a bit to have the confirmation of the reset from the system.
If the reset does not help, please reply here and let us know.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I tried this a few days back, and I tried resetting the license again just now (I did wait 30 minutes like it told me to), but the same error happened again.
