Trados Studio 2024 Licencing

Question

Is it still possible to get a Trados Studio Plus licence so that I can have Studio 2024 on more than just computer or do I have to wait for the next software version for that? It seems during the last update from 2022 Plus I (inadvertently) moved to just version 2024 without Plus and can now only have it on one laptop, which kind of leaves me without a backup should something happen to the laptop I have right now and I cannot deactivate the licence beforehand (seemingly offline deacitvation is not always straightforward). Thanks!

Hi Alexandra, 
 I'm afraid the Plus edition has been discontinued and we no longer sell it as a standalone product, only as an upgrade from Plus to Plus. 
 I am sorry you did not purchase the right upgrade product last year. 
 In case your computer crashes, you can reset the license from your RWS account and make it available again. 
 Also, you can use the Cloud component of Trados, which is browser based and can be used from a different computer by logging in here: eu.cloud.trados.com
