I have deactivated the Trados license on my old PC but I cannot reactiave it on the new PC. The license is available on my RWS user page but the reactivation button has disappeared.
Please let me know how I can solve this problem.

Open Studio and go to Help tab > Product Activation and if the licenses is indeed deactivated you should have the Activate button there.

Hi Sorin,
Thanks for getting back to me. I managed to reactivate it under Perpetual License instead of under Subscription, where the Deactivate button was located, so now it works.
