Being asked to activate Studio despite having a subscription

When I open Studio 2024, I receive a message saying that my licence has been deactivated and I need to enter an activation code. When I switch to the "Subscription" tab, I see a message telling me: Your selected account contains the following subscription: Trados Freelance Professional.

I click on close and get the message: The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit.

How am I supposed to activate Studio? Everything was working fine until a week ago. Nothing about my subscription has changed.
