Hello, 
 I bought a 12-month subscription and I'm trying to acrivate it in Trados Studio 2022. I inserted my credentials and got the following message: "Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator." 
 I can access my language cloud account via via https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ , but when I try to acces the Option "Manage Account" I got this message: "Access denied - It looks like you don&rsquo;t have the necessary permissions to view this page. If you believe this is a mistake, reach out to your administrator. ". Could you please help me to activate my subscription in Trados? Many thanks in advance.

 I have noticed you own Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription 2024 version. Please follow these steps to activate your subscription: - Activate Trados Studio 2022/2024 using your subscription-based license with Cloud Capabilities/Trados Team/Trados Accelerate/Trados Enterprise subscription - RWS Customer Support , and let us know if you encounter any issue with the activation process.
