I bought a 2024 Trados freelance subscription in December 2024, and today I see that the licence is no longer active and I can't find the activation key anywhere.

You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013347

When I login, here is the message that displays.
"Your RWS ID is not linked to a Cloud account. Create an account or contact your Cloud account's administrator."
The RWS project manager confirms that I my GroupShare profile is active.
Any idea what's the issue here?
