Could not connect to activation server. Error ID: 8277831

Hi, I must say Trados is the worst software in terms of licensing. 
No support for license installation, chat support asks for an email, after 2 days an email arrives, but when I try to reply to this email, then email delivery fails.

We are having problems with deactivating Trados 2021 network licenses. We need to deactivate licenses to upgrade 1 license to newer 2024 version. Then activate 9 Trados 2021 licenses and 1 upgraded Trados 2024.
I have tried updating License manager to v18.0.79, but this did not help. Error - Could not connect to activation server. Error ID: 8277831
