I'm trying to deactivate our Trados Studio 2021 network licenses with the Trados License Manager but I always get the error: "Provider error occurred, code 0. Could not connect to the activation server". - the server has a working internet connection, so I don't get what the problem is.
How can I deactivate our licenses?
