The computer where my trados license is installed is not working, can I install the trados in another computer as well, until I can repair mine?

In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: Reset single user license article
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let us know.

Instead of reseting the license can I have it in two computers at the same time?
You have Trados Freelance 2024 perpetual license, and cannot be installed on 2 PCs at the same time. If you need to move the license on a different computer, please deactivate first the activation code following the steps provided above by my colleague Andrei.
